Direkta Group s.r.o. has submitted projects under all operational programmes and the Joint Programing DocumentS for Prague. The evaluation process is currently under way and the results have not been published yet in the case of certain programmes.

PROJECT EXAMPLE: DAFE-PLAST JIHLAVA - Modernisation of the production of windows

DAFE PLAST JIHLAVA is currently extending its production capacity in the area of window and door product range. The project will allow purchase of new and highly precise technology.

PROJECT EXAMPLE: SLOVÁCKÁ FRUTA KUNOVICE - Modernisation of cabbage processing line

The project consists in the purchase of modern technology and will allow the company to realise its production more efficiently and in line with the EU hygienic requests.

OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME INFRASTRUCTURE

PROJECT EXAMPLE: Waste Water Treatment Plant and Sewer System in the Loučeň Municipality

The projects consists in the construction of domestic waste water sewer in the total length 24 200 m and a waste water treatment plant with a capacity of 1 500 EO in the municipality of Loučeň.

The project is located in NUTS II region Central Bohemia, in the area of the former district Nymburk.

The implementation of the project will secure proper drainage and cleansing of waste water in loučeň. The project will have a very positive impact on the local environment, especially due to the fact that Loučeň is located in the II. level protection zone of the natural mineral water springs in Poděbrady and Sadská.

The project was approved for financing.

Total value: 70.3 mil. CZK (2.27 MEUR), SF (ERDF) subsidy: 75%, ie. 52.7 mil. CZK (1.7 MEUR). Co-financing will be partly secured from the State fund for Environment, which offered 7 mil. CZK (0.226 MEUR).

JOINT REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME

The projects concentrated on assisting the regions, municipalities and businesses in the development of regional infrastructure, tourism and business infrastructure.

PROJECT EXAMPLE: Klášterec nad Ohří Spa Resort

The overall goal of the project is to raise the share of tourism and balneology in the economy of the town and the region, which will eventually increase employment opportunities, especially in SMEs, bring investment in the region and secure higher living standards for the people of the town and the region. The project has an indispensable role in the successful transformation of the structurally affected region Ústí nad Labem into a modern region oriented towards tourism and support of human resource development.

The project will be implemented in the protected historical town centre of Klášterec nad Ohří. The town is located on the left bank of the river Ohře, between the towns Chomutov and Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). The town had the advantage of easy access to both the Czech-German border and the capital city of Prague.

The specific project activities consist in the development of the infrastructure necessary for a spa zone in Klášterec nad Ohří, which will improve the conditions and services currently offered in the field of balneology and recreation.

A significant indirect impact of the project will be the revitalisation of the town centre of Klášterec nad Ohří, which has so far played a very marginal role in tourism as well as the everyday lives of the local inhabitants.

The project was submitted in two phases, both were approved for financing.

Total budget: 120 mil. CZK (3.87 MEUR).

SINGLE PROGRAMING DOCUMENT OBJECTIVE 2 (PRAGUE)

PROJECT EXAMPLE: Multi-functional Energy Training Pavilion

The project consists in the reconstruction of an older pavilion in Prague 9 which is not currently in any use. It will be rebuilt into a training centre for the energy sector. The project furthermore consists in the provision of basic equipment for the training centre, such as models and machine prototypes for the training in processes and methods for energy savings and utilisation of renewable sources of energy. the equipment will also cover audiovisual and information technology.

Total value of the project: 9.95 mil. CZK (0.32 MEUR), SF subsidy: 100%.
